As I listened to the radio in the car, I happened upon an interview with a Muslim man who has converted to Christianity. He spoke of the trials and dangers surrounding the lives of many Christians in Muslim countries and even mentioned that in Saudi Arabia converting to Christianity is punishable by death.
I am grateful that in this country we are still allowed a Christmas season of gift giving and celebration in remembrance of our Savior and of that which we hold so dear and sacred, the right to worship as we please.
As our family discussed appropriate Christmas greeting card messages for our non-Christian friends, our daughter, Julie, suggested a great idea and one that we extend to each one of you as well:
