Candida Warrior Recipe...


Chewy Chocolate Coconut Cookies

2 large eggs
1 cup unsalted almond (or cashew) butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp raw apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp KAL powdered stevia
½ cup xylitol
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger (for opt. flavor)
2 c almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup shredded coconut
1/4  cup coconut milk

Beat eggs. 
Add the rest of liquid ingredients one at a time. Stir well (or mix in food processor.)
Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.  Mix well.

Roll into balls, place on greased cookie sheet and flatten gently with a fork to 1/4 to 2/8 inch thickness.

Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
